Brechin V East Fife at Glebe Park - Match Preview

McLean sits it out

Brechin City will be without Paul McLean against East Fife as he is suspended after being sent off in the 4-1 defeat to Rangers last weekend.

Ewan Moyes (knee) is also out, but Graham Hay and Allan Walker are available after suspension and new signing Stephen Robb is included after international clearance came through from his last club in Thailand.

Manager Ray McKinnon said: "This will be a tough game as East Fife will be out for revenge as we won the last game against them 6-0.

"They also have a number of former Brechin players who will want to show us what we are missing."

East Fife are looking for their first win of the season at Glebe Park and skipper Craig Johnstone to the pool that lost 1-0 to Dunfermline last Saturday following suspension.

Manager Willie Aitchison has no new injury or suspension concerns.

Aitchison said: "Brechin lost heavily to Rangers last weekend and will be looking to get that out of their system quickly.

"We want a win as well after losing to Dunfermline and if we play like we did in that game, but get a break in front of goal, we can succeed."
