Darryl Duffy had scans on his leg last night and was told he had ligament damage around his ankle, and is hoping he will be back in 3-4 weeks after his collision with Craig Hinchcliffe a fortnight ago.
Darryl missed the defeat against St Johnstone on Saturday and he hopes to lift Brechin's survival hopes by returning back to action within a month.
He is also hoping to prove his worth at Ibrox as his contract ends in the summer.
He is receiving treatment at Murray Park at the moment and still keeps in touch with the City players, and still goes to the games.
