One of Scotlands best coaches, John Ritchie, father of Paul Ritchie who will be playing his trade for Brechin next season has been helping out at the Glebe with the coaching, especially with the goalkeepers.

John Ritchie led Brechin to glory in the 89/90 season, winning the 2nd division championship while holding off a big spending Kilmarnock side.

John had two spells at Dunfermline and also worked with Dick and Ian Campbell at the Pars. He also played for Dundee Utd, Cowdenbeath and Bradford City.

Dick Campbell came back from holiday last week-end and will be back amongst the pre-season training at Glebe Park before the first pre-season friendly against Dundee on the 10th of July at Glebe Park.

It will be a 3:00pm kick off against the Dens Park side.
