New messageboard

To access the new messageboard, go onto the link at the left hand side of the home page called MESSAGEBOARD. Once you have gone into City Chat, you click on the drop bar at the top that says "Forum: City Chat" and you should see a forum called GENERAL CHATTER.

It is to talk about anything in general, it doesn't have to be related to football at all.
