St Mirren game off again.

The league match between Brechin and St Mirren has been postponed tonight due to a mixture of snow and rain which has made the surface unplayable.

This is the second time this specific fixture has been postponed. It was originally postponed last Saturday due to heavy snow and the resheduled fixture has once again been put on hold thanks to the weather.

This is also the second time City have lost a lucrative Saturday afternoon fixture against the table toppers. St Mirren were due to visit Glebe Park back in October but with the Saints competing in the Bell's Cup Final against Hamilton it had to be played mid-week. This has lost the club vital revenue as the Paisley club will have no doubt taken at least 800 supporters on a Saturday afternoon, but would only take 300-400 for the mid-week match.
