John Hillcoat
Experienced goalkeeper brought in from Ayr United as back to Craig Nelson and obviously to challenge "Nelly" for the number 1 jersey.  John Hillcoat is a man of many clubs, he has previously served Clydebank, Hamilton (twice), Morton, Queen Of The South, Dumbarton, St Mirren, Stranraer and Ayr United.

David Craig
Experienced defender who is more than capable of staking a claim for a first team slot this season, but with the likes of Scott Walker, Paul Deas and David White in the squad is always going to be a tough task. David towers at 6 foot 2 inches and was signed from Queen of the South.

Craig McEwan
A speedy right back signed from Dumbarton after impressing both Ian Campbell and the Brechin supporters when starring for Dumbarton last season.  Craig played against Brechin when they drew twice against us at The Rock and when the Sons beat us 2-0 at the Glebe.  He missed the game where we hammered the Sons 4-0 at Glebe Park, I'd guess thats a good thing.

Gary Bollan
Vastly experienced left back who has played most of his career in the top flight of Scottish football.  Fromerly with Rangers, Dundee Utd and also made over 200 appearances for St Johnstone.  Last season he was playing his trade for Clyde in the 1st division.

Darren Smith
A pacy left winger signed from Berwick Rangers where he was regarded as "the prize asset" last season after his dazzling performances.  Darren caught the eye of Pink and the Brechin supporters when Berwick faced Brechin last season.  Pink made an attempt to buy Smith during the January transfer window but failed, but Pink finally got his man during the summer for a small fee.
